Whilst utmost care is taken at every stage of the production process, any faulty products/manufacturing defects should be reported in 3 days of receipt of product. In most cases, we will request photos of the product via email & work off them to try and make a decision on the next course of action. If necessary, you will need to return the product to us. Any physical returns without prior authorization by email will not be accepted & we will not be liable to send the product back to you nor a refund in this case.
